The company has grown from humble beginnings doing mainly property development and speculative building to now dealing with all clients both residential and commercial. Over the years we have established good solid relationships with all our clients. While most of our work is done in New South Wales, we do hold both Queensland and South Australian builders licences. A good design will serve the clients needs and provide an economic and safe solution. The client may want to be involved with us through the building process by assisting with design issues, letting trade contracts and exploring alternative building systems and materials without delaying site progress. Our supervision and management fee is agreed at the beginning of this process. Tender or lump sum Preparation of a lump sum tender based upon documentation prepared by independent consultants.
