  Scott was earlier than his appointment time. His quote was above and beyond any other due to his ability to use high ladders and ropes to do external windows. Due to painting in my unit block we are not starting our contract as yet however I appreciate his hundred and 50% flexibility with this arrangement. I would recommend him to anyone even without work being done. please do not contact me again thank you.
