  Very mediocre experience, would not recommend. The job request was for a deep clean, booked in for 10 am with kitchen included. Cleaner advised us he would be late approx 11-11:30 but arrived at 12:10 The quality of cleaning was poor, surfaces such as bed side table,dresser and other cabinets were not wiped down this is despite the fact that there was ample time to do the job. The cleaner said he was finished 40 min early, this is despite us already having paid for 3 hours and we were initially quoted for 4 hours. i had to point out areas that hadnt been cleaned yet such as the kitchen skirting board and debri on stove. 1 bathroom wasnt cleaned i.e. sink still dirty, floor not wiped. The bathrooms were drenched in the cleaning process resulting in water seeping through the cupboards into items such as my hair dryer. Mopping was sloppy i.e. no back n forth motion that would result in residue actually being removed. Hair and mop debri left over after cleaning. Apparently wiping down the glass tables was not included in the job. We have had cleaners before who have met all our expectations within the same price range. I am just not quite clear on how what we received is considered a deep clean and why the cleaner would think it is acceptable to leave a job early when the work wasnt completed

  I recently recieved my full bond back thanks to these cleaning angels. I had limited time to have the property ready, and got a fast response, and great communication. Harry arrived on time and was friendly and thorough in his work. He insisted that i inspect tbe property from top to bottom to make sure there was nothing missed. Will absolutely recommend!

  Hi Marco, I sincerely apologise that you feel this way but there were extenuating factors affecting the cleaner on the day which was mentioned prior to the clean. I did offer to reschedule to a better time but we hope you can give us another chance to demonstrate the quality we bring to every clean as reflected by the other reviews as well as outside.
