How did you decide to get into your line of work?

10 years ago I purchased a squeegee and washer from Bunnings and went door knocking, and I was immediately hooked. Believe it or not, I genuinely do enjoy cleaning windows, but it is the relationships that I have built with customers over the years that I really value.

Do you remove any paint or cement residue that is stuck to the glass? Do you use drop sheets? Do you detail every window after cleaning it with a squeegee? Do you have a rain guarantee? Do you give me a few days to check over your work before I pay the invoice?

Do you travel outside Newcastle?  Yes, we are happy to go for a drive, and won't charge extra.  When are you available? We do our best to make ourselves available at a day's notice, and even same day when required. Your time is important!  How much will my windows cost to clean? Our pricing starts at $148 for residential window cleaning, but there's no need to wait for a quote, we can do it easily over the phone or over Facebook.

Specialising in residential window cleaning, we are experts in the care and finesse required while in your home to help you clear your view and enhance your home's natural light. Your home is not a commercial store front and shouldn't be treated that way!  We also try to keep things simple. Unless you aren't totally thrilled with your experience, you won't have to pay.

How many bedrooms and how many stories does your home have? Do you have any difficult glass panels (like louvres or french panes), and how many sets? When was the last time your windows were professionally cleaned? To get the best possible finish, are we able to remove all your screens and was them separately?

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

The biggest thing that helps out is simply being upfront and honest about the scope of your home, and if you have any difficult glass panels (like louvres). We will ask a handful of necessary questions to provide you with an accurate quote.  Removing any knick knacks that hold sentimental value does also help, along with any easy to move furniture.   We really just want you to be able to sit back and relax while we do the hard work.

We aim to be as transparent as possible with our pricing. Our prices start at $148 and will increase based on a handful of factors; the size of you home, the last time you had your glass professionally cleaned and/or if you have lots of windows with difficult glass panels (like louvres) etc
