  Pre getting solar - I thought they were quite good at explaining the system I am buying and how it will save me almost most my bills. (6.6kws machine) Since paying the deposit it has been very confusing and no guidance at all. Noticed my recent bill is barely anything off to what it would have been this time last year. (without using the cooler, similar to last year usage). They also had another company do my installation who left the site really messy. Apparently I was going to save lots per month.. Don't think they have recommended the correct system for my needs and don't reply to my emails asking for advice. Really Disappointing.

  I contacted Arinna and spoke to Victor, to have solar panels installed, who was very competent and informative. The quote he gave me fine and it was accepted. A date was given for installation which was kept. The installers were competent and pleasant. Any queries or questions I had were answered by Victor expertly and on the spot.
