Yes - we meet Queensland Government requirements for public liability and products insurance. We are accredited with the Australian Refrigeration Council, are properly licensed and guarantee our work.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

Thirty years ago I decided to make a living out of electronic repairs because I enjoyed challenges and loved fixing things, but when air conditioning became a regular household word about ten years ago, we decided to offer customers more than just audio visual systems and repairs and be able to offer more comfort in addition to entertainment to the householder and have naturally spread our borders to businesses, multiple buildings and new home developments.

Do you have a favourite customer story you would like to share?

Recently a customer contacted us to do a ducted system. We worked in 35 degree + heat until the job was done. They complimented us on getting the work done as fast as possible, leaving no mess behind and they were impressed that we contacted them later to find out how they were enjoying their cool home. Two weeks later, they asked us to install another air conditioner in a cottage on their property and repair another one at their holiday home. It was a pleasure and felt rewarded for their trust in us.

We are fully licensed and accredited. Our service is quick and professional and we always provide back up and after sales service. We are contactable by sms, email or mobile  phone for easy and fast service.

We need to know the approximate size of the room to be air conditioned, brand name preference and what a customer wants to achieve based on the area in mind. Also whether the home is high set or low set, brackets required and number of units to be installed.

1. We custom design air conditioning to get optimal performance but at the same time, offer models that are cheaper, but do not compromise on quality; 2. We are honest with our customers and will not oversell them something they don't need; 3. Service air conditioners regularly and it will cost less to run

Oneflare customers will receive the first six month antibacterial clean and service at half price, i.e. $22 per unit instead of the regular $44 per unit. Just book it in at the time of installation to receive this special price.

How do you normally charge for your service?

Accepted Answer

We generate an electronically based invoicing system, which can be sited on the spot and emailed to our customers straight away, showing date and time of transaction, which is cleared marked paid at the time. We accept credit card, EFTPOS and cash and in some cases, we accept internet transfers.

I specialise in electronics, service and repairs, home systems designs for air conditioning and home theatre systems and installation of these.

I am properly qualified and have more than 30 years experience in the technical industry, so I am well connected with many professionals in my line of expertise. I aim to do a job once - and do it properly, giving attention to detail and making sure a job is done well, no mess is left behind and more importantly we do not leave until our customers are happy.
