Can they provide a copy of their insurances.  Are the cleaners up to date with clear records police clearances.  Will it be the same cleaners doing the work.  Whom do they contact regarding cleaning queries and can they respond quickly and to all queries.  How long has the person being managing cleaning for and are all their products environmentally safe?  What OSH procedures do they take for the cleaners (most work is in evenings) and it is a good idea to be able to list what you are wanting cleaned and roughly when and ensure they can fit within the times you require the cleaning to be done in.

Can we do a quote for them? We most certainly can provide an obligation free quote at your convenience - this will be provided back to you within 24 hours of our visit to your site.  We automatically provide a copy of our insurances and terms and conditions with a specification description of your requirement all included.

We have been doing this for over 10 years successfully in Bunbury with no complaints and never ever had any "no shows" so we have been very reliable and never let a client down.  We are also completely open and transparent bout our operations and due to having audited and complaint quality procedures - everything is also well documented.  We have Cert IV, Snr First Aid, Worksafe Silver and many accreditations our competition is not able to achieve or does not have.  We train cleaners in our training centre regularly as well so we know our staffs weaknesses and strengths and train to high standards.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

We would like to know the frequency of clean required so daily or weekly and which days are preferred - if there are any time restrictions and time of day.  The address of the site to be cleaned and a mutually convenient time to discuss the cleaning requirement as well as provide an obligation free quote for.  When you require the start to be and what is included in the cleaning if there is already a requirements list or we can review this onsite.  We can offer linens, sanitation and other services to also add value!

What makes your pricing competitive?

If restoration is required we usually do this at no charge for all newly contracted clients.  We also ensure the client is 100% happy with our work and we can often perform extra benefits such as linen services, sanitation services, stripping and sealing of floors and so forth which will also save the client money.  We have never had our value beaten to our knowledge to date and for floors, linens and sanitation services we are unaware of lower prices for also.
