Are you an insured business and do you guarantee your work?

We carry full public liability insurance to $10million and can extend this on a job by job basis as required. We fully guarantee our work and our artwork comes with a 75 year replacement warranty.

We love meeting and working creatively with our clients and as artists, it is a tremendous feeling knowing that you have given people images of their lives that they and the generations that come after them will treasure.

What questions should a customer ask to hire the right service professional?

Always check that the person you are hiring holds public liability insurance. If they do not care enough about there own business to protect you then the don't care enough about your images. Take the time to meet and talk with your photographer, the greater the connection the greater the end results

Ask our clients. We have a strong stable of regular clients who use me again and again thanks to my combinations of skills, honesty, accessibility and conscientiousness. We do whatever it takes to get the shots required.

What are the typical things that you need to know before you can provide a quote to a customer?

Its best to know location, time required, any special processing required and the end usage (in commercial assignments) of the images. A full telephone or one-to-one consultation can be held to ensure accurate quoting on request.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We have a full range of pricing options for our wedding and Portraiture Photography and a full princeliest is available on request. we always ensure that our customers are aware of our full prices before securing a booking.  Wedding photography is charged 50% non-refundable booking fee and 50% up to one week before the event  Portrait sessions are charged why an initial booking fee and then artwork and digital files can be bought after the session paid in full before production.  All commercial, media and wedding assignments are fully quoted before any payment.

We specialise in Portraiture, Wedding, Event and Commercial photography, but we don't just capture the physical image, your true specialisation is capturing the full emotional content of every moment in time.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Our two founding members are Andrew jarvie and Emily Clarke:  Andrew has more than 26 years’ experience behind the camera and is an Internationally awarded wedding and portrait photographer. He started his career in photography as a photo-journalist on UK daily newspapers. He has photographed a range of celebrities and political figures and his work is regularly published.  As a commercial photographer he has worked for a range of international brands including Fosters, ANZ, Hilton Hotels and Vodafone as well as for the Victorian Government and the Australian Defence Force. As a wedding and family portrait photographer Andrew combines his experience in commercial and reportage photography to create images that capture the emotion of every moment.  Emily has been passionately involved in the photography and graphic designer industry for the past decade. Armed with a Bachelor of New Media Arts and a double major in Digital Media Design and Digital Imaging, she is an inspiring artistic photographer and designer capturing her subjects in unique and expressive ways. Emily has an abundance of creative energy and loves photographing families, children, weddings, fashion, beauty and commercial portraits with a unique creative flair.  With the Young Achiever Award under her belt, Emily is a high achiever and has an enthusiastic and fun loving personality.  She captures precious natural moments and the personalities of her clients. You will always feel comfortable with Emily as your photographer.
