  These are scammers. They just came to fix my air conditioner even though I know what the problem is. I said let's fix it. They came and said they can't fix it, they can't find the parts. This isn't really a scam. They charge for a one-time visit. Don't trust these. I really feel sorry for you and your employees. When I called and asked for information, your manager angrily said that if I didn't pay the money, he would take me to court and then hung up.

  Hey habib, Thanks for expressing your concerns, As we explained multple times on the phone prior to booking your air conditioning breakdown diagnoses there would be charges involved for the service in which you agreed too. Your system was diagnosed as we agreed and unfortunately was found to need certain parts replaced which are no longer availble for repairs due to the age of your system. Unfortunately this is out of our control and we have performed the service that was agreed upon.

  There are so many companies for replacement of air condtioning and i chose AME based on reviews and close proximity to where we live. We initially had Josh come to assess advise and quote - I was given option of repair along with 3 options of replacement of unit. We decided to replace and had a team of hard working professional who worked tirelessly removing and replacing our 18kw 7 zone unit. The job is completed and i have nothing but praise on the amazing service - prompt response and efficient ducted air conditioner unit i we now have. Thank you AME

  Doing some Reno’s and the team came back today to reinstall a system they put in for us a while ago and install another system. Very happy with the communication and workmanship. Highly recommend.

  Fantastic experience. I called first thing this morning and spoke with Josh regarding an urgent job I was hoping to complete today. Two technicians were sent out before lunch time to install our new ceiling fan. Both were very polite and respectful, job was done to the highest standard and they took all rubbish away too. Very grateful for the prompt and courteous service. Reasonably priced aswell. Highly recommend.
