THE MACQUARIE KNIGHT FAMILY Macquarie Knight is a family business owned and operated by husband and wife, Matt and Sandra Southwell, along with our two eldest children – Hannah and Matt (Jnr). And hoping for the youngest two, Jesse and Tom to come to join us in the coming years! Our family is passionate about property, always has been. All our children have grown up around building sites, listening to mum and dad debate house designs and even help renovate old homes. Some of our eldest two’s fondest memories are going along with dad to Saddington’s and playing in the Builder’s sand bay, it was affectionately referred to as the “Rock Shop”. As a couple, we have been incredibly lucky to turn both our interest and passion for property into a successful business, and we have been even more fortunate to have the added benefit of sustaining this business for the next generation through our kids. We all work very well together, with our family values and the fundamentals of quality construction, honest customer service and education always being at the forefront of what we do. And this is what makes Macquarie knight so unique!
