A pre-vacuum first using a HEPA filtered vacuum cleaner is imperative to the end result. Quality shampoos used have the correct alkalinity levels as per Australian standards along with deodorisers and sanitisers. We maintain the highest standards possible and if for any reason you are unhappy with the service we will return to rectify any and all issues at your earliest convenience. We use state of the art equipment that will allow immediate access to your carpets however drying times will vary from 2 – 4 hours depending on the carpet type.
