  My partner and I recently purchased our first home in September. When I first enquired with a few providers during the initial stage, Charlotte instantly called me and I felt a connection as she was warm, approachable and highly knowledgeable about conveyancing. Charlotte highlighted what the process of purchasing entails, fees and terms and conditions, and allowed me the time to think about whether we felt she was the right fit for my partner and I. We signed up with Charlotte and she was diligent with all communication via email and phone, kept us in the loop and gave her sound advice when we were unsure of things or had any silly questions to ask. Our vendor became extremely challenging and delayed our settlement a few days. We became stressed and were unsure of what to do however we were grateful that we had Charlotte in our corner as she always kept our best interests at the forefront and always kept her word. Another thing to note is that Charlotte remained consistent during our purchasing journey from start to finish and made us feel valued and provided an exceptional and above and beyond customer service. I cannot thank Charlotte enough for what she has done for my partner and I and we are finally living in our first home as she helped us achieve this milestone.   We used Charlotte at Allegiant Lawyers recently when purchasing an Investment Property with our Self Managed Super Fund. From the start, we found her to be knowledgable and informative, repsonsive to emails and very easy to deal with. She was flexible when arranging ZOOM meetings to fit with our schedule and was extremely organised and thorough when walking us through the signing of financial documents, ensuring our understanding and answering all of our questions and concerns along the way.
