  This was an end-of-lease carpet cleaning service, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. Due to poor scheduling on their side, I was left waiting at an empty property for a long time. I understand that mistakes can happen, but there was little to no apology, which was quite unprofessional. It also seemed like the staff were not communicating properly with each other. As for the cleaning itself, only the carpet was done, it was cleaned, and everything else appeared to be neglected. After the service, the sink was left with dirty water and sand from the carpet cleaning, and the tiles were left wet. Overall, It felt like they were only doing the bare minimum as listed, without any care or attention to the overall condition.

  Michelle, the contact lady wanted feedback, and when I sent her photos, she wasn’t happy with it and got defensive. 3.5 hours in a 2x1 and left debris on carpet, average kitchen job. She insisted I make FULL PAYMENT before the cleaners (already standing in my son’s room) would start cleaning!

  Dear Nadia, I am sorry you felt that way. We have spoken and sent message about our payment option before any deposit or confirmation made. Every one opinion or point of view towards clean or not clean enough to begin with can be different. Our clean team did more time then you paid for to complete what was possible during set hours allocated. As our cleaning policy our cleaners made a request to get signed statement from your husband ( since you were not home ) to state clean was done as what was being paid for. We are sorry we didn’t meet your expectations and hope to be able to get a chance to make you feel and see how much and how hard our cleaners do their work again. Have a lovely day. Thank you.

  Used this company for my End of lease clean, the owner Michelle asked for my End of lease cleaning list so they ensured it was done, Was quoted for 7hours and two cleaners, One cleaner still wasn’t there after an hour of them starting. Had to pay a deposit and payment before the cleaner started. I messaged the owner and asked multiple times if my list had been followed and she kept ignoring my question. She had the cleaner send photos when they finished and this is how the left my house. I’m having to pay to get it clean by another professional to bring it up to scratch for End of lease clean. Do not recommend this company at all. After multiple messages to Michelle, I managed to get half my money back. Once Michelle seen my review she rang and after me to take my review down which I refused as people need to know what they are like and not get scammed like this. I said if she gives me a full refund I will, she agreed then never followed through. And tried to say I wanted the clean for free. As someone that grew up with my father owning his own cleaning business and being in the family for 50 years I know how a clean should be left and how the client should be treated. if it was done correctly and completed I’d happily pay but not when my house was left like above photos causing more work and more Money spent to clean what they did with dirty rags. Please do yourself a favor and don’t use this company have been spreading the word on social media to warn others.
