  Jacklyn got to know us before our wedding, from our first initial phone call she was so kind and engaging with us, she helped us to navigate through the whole process of our ceremony and on our day she was absolutely amazing, she made all of us at ease and all our family and friends were very happy.   When we first met up with Jacklyn (Jackie), she made us feel so at ease and really took the time to get to know us, not just as individuals, but as a couple. She truly understood our story, our personalities, and what we wanted our ceremony to feel like, with lots of laughs along the way. On the day, the ceremony felt personal, warm, and completely authentic to who we are. She managed to strike that perfect balance of fun, laughter, and genuine love, including just the right amount of witty banter to keep everyone smiling. What we loved most was how she involved our loved ones in the ceremony in such thoughtful, fun and natural ways. So many of our guests commented on how ‘us’ the ceremony felt and that’s entirely thanks to Jackie and her incredible talent for storytelling and connection.
