Ben was great, he tried to help me over the phone first rather than just charge a call out fee. When we couldn't resolve the problem he a came over at short notice on Christmas Eve, solved the problem, didn't charge the earth and was a true professional. I wouldn't hesitate to call Ben again when I next need a plumber.Wendy
