Yes we are fully insured and we will guarantee our work, although we can only guarantee parts for as long as the manufacture.

I like the one on one with the customer and take pride in knowing there happy with the work I've done. I can make sure customers get what they want and just the overall personal experience. I never found this working for some one as someone else would let myself down or the boss would over charge or ignore there needs.

I have a strong work ethic and take pride in my appearance and where my company has grown too. I would not take the chance to damage this.

I Peter Gerisch the owner has one on one with the client, so you always know who you get and have over ten years experience. If an installation whether its a brand new install, or replacing an old one. What type a hi wall split or ducted unit. Location of unit to be or existing. Whether its for one room or whole house. If they can read a model number of the existing unit or room size etc

How can a customer save money before you start the work? Please give 3 tips

Accepted Answer

Depending on the work if a installation call us up we can supply the unit, install and commission. We are flexible so the client can buy and we install, the customer can install and we can commission. If a service call we can give some DIY advice over the phone, which might even save us coming out and the customer getting charged.

What makes your pricing competitive?

We find that our pricing is fair and realistic, and are usually never beaten at the rates we charged. Customers that have used us have all been happy at the pricing explaining that other companies are too dear in comparison.

How do you normally charge for your service?

We usually charge a $40.00 service call fee and $60.00 an hour, and find that we usually do not go over the hour totalling a one of fee of $100.00. If we have to return with parts only parts and labour are charged.

We try to specialise in all aspects of the trade, unfortunately due to so many manufactures its hard to know each ones ins and outs, however we find ourselves quite knowledgeable.

What experience, skills, qualifications or training do you have to make you the right person for the job?

Accepted Answer

I the owner have my trade certificate and certificate of profficiency, as well as a diploma in engineering. I have my refrigeration handling license as well as my business licenses. And have also got a appliance test and tag license.
