  I was quoted $450 for a end of lease clean then the price went up $200 on the day I was promised a end of lease clean certificate for real estate and even with me continuing to ask I have not got that or a receipt I find this very unprofessional and after they get the funds you get ghosted by them

  Hired for an end of lease clean, including carpet steam clean of all rooms. After he finished he hassled me to transfer the money to him on the spot - very unprofessional and worrying. Upon checking the house, I noticed carpets were completely dry (at around 2.45pm). Claims carpets were cleaned around 11am. Note - real estate agent also suspected carpets were never cleaned. Floor boards were still dirty, were never mopped. Asked for a tax invoice and never received one, although I was promised one before I hired this business. Beware and stay away!

  Hi JW, Firstly, your agent didn't believe you because you submitted your "doggy receipt" (your words via message). Secondly, the floor was dirty because you and your partner walked in with your shoes on to inspect after I finished. I messaged you at 1:10 PM, as you requested, to let you know I was finishing up so you could come lock up and pay me. When you didn't reply, I called once. You then told me to leave the garage remote and that you would transfer the money later. After waiting for 30 minutes without receiving the transfer, I messaged you again. Ten minutes later, you said you were driving and would arrive in 30 minutes to transfer the payment. I suspected you might not show up, but I still waited for another hour. When you finally arrived with your partner, who was driving, it was clear you only came back for your remotes. I had already lost another job due to the delay. I didn't deliver the receipt because I felt you were trying to avoid payment and because I lost a job due to your delay. You didn't respect my work or my time. At the inspection, everything was good for you. Now that your made-up receipt was not approved, you are here trying to sabotage my reputation. Best regards,
