  I rented a house through infinity and was forced in 2 weeks earlier than originally discussed. Then when I moved in, I had no bins, my oven didn’t work and neither did my dishwasher. I wasn't allowed to put up hooks, then after chasing for 12 months they sent a contractor that was an old guy, that stood on one of my dining chairs which he fell off and nearly broke my TV. Kyle never filed my entry report so when I requested a copy, it was blank. I should have kept my own copy as this was misplaced trust that bit me. The back door lock didn’t work properly for months, which was just downright dangerous, and the communication was terrible all round. I feel for the poor investors that own this property because the final build inspection was appalling, and the floors were never sealed and are now pretty much ruined in high tracked areas because of their no action. The responses to the low star reviews on here truly highlights what my experience was like. Don’t do it to yourself, the lack of professionalism was appalling.

Regarding the building-related concerns, the builder did not advise us of any defects following the handover of the property, including the issues with the oven and dishwasher. Once these matters were brought to our attention, we contacted the builders on multiple occasions to arrange for repairs. Unfortunately, they were slow to respond and delayed in attending, which aligns with your reference to the lengthy timeframe before a contractor was finally sent out.
