All care is taken when moving your belongings and our experience allows us to keep them from being damaged if items are badly damaged by us in the process of moving we will do our best to rectify the damage

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

I guess it was not exactly a typical career choice but was keen to start my own Business and a friend suggested Removals and the rest is History I found something I enjoy and am very good at :)

We have many stories which are usually shared in the process of moving but the favourite ones are where we have been able to save clients from sticky situations eg other removalists not turning up ,floods ,cyclones ,breakups etc there are so many situations where we have been able to help .

We enjoy the Cairns lifestyle and meeting the locals as part of our work .We also enjoy the challenges and the physical side of the job with a sense of accomplishment at the end of the move when all is delivered safely and our clients are happy

Definitely ask how experienced they are, there are no qualifications for a Removalist but experience makes them stand apart. Pricing is important as well ,what is the Hourly rate ,What increments do they charge at ,what is the minimum charge ,are there travel fees and do they offer a firm quote

Customers often ask how long will the move take we can only answer from experience and by gathering the right information this way we can be fairly accurate by comparing to previous similar moves

We are a Local Business with over ten experience in the Removalist Business .We offer good old fashion service with a smile at a price that wont blow the budget . Our charges are Hourly but FIRM quotes can be obtained if that is what you Prefer .

There are a few things that we take into consideration when quoting including Location ,Access (Stairs Long Steep Driveway etc) , Size of residence ,any unusual items eg Pool tables ,Pianos ,extra large cabinets etc so as much information on these will make for an accurate and firm quote

As we Charge by the Hour here are a few tips to help things go Faster 1  Have everything packed and ready to go in sturdy boxes or containers  2  Have furniture disassembled ready for moving  3   moving the smaller items closer to the point of uplift by the truck will save a lot of time on the day

We charge by the Hour and in Half our increments and only have a one hour minimum charge for the smaller truck .We are also locally owned and operated so pricing is flexible .

Our Charges are normally works out on an Hourly rate and charged at half hour increments with a minimum of one hour for the smaller truck
