  Thank you Steve for helping us out! One of me mates recommended them for Bond Cleaning & got to know they do Carpet Cleaning as well booked the services right away! As expected the team did a great job at our house, 5 stars is the least I can do for ya. Cheers for the work mate!!

  Absolutely terrible service, fraudulent and scam behaviour. Initially posted an advertisement asking for a bond clean, ACE/EZE BOND CLEANING were the first to respond, initially quoting around $560, however decided to add additional costs bumping the price to $760, this was to include a flea and enzyme treatment. Cleaners were to arrive and clean a day before the exit inspection, we live around the corner and went to see how the clean went, it was one person, no business van, not much cleaning equipment at all. Not only had he not cleaned the downstairs floor which includes a toilet, he had left the floors, curtains rods, floors The exit report failed on all points of the checklist, ACE/EZE BOND CLEANING reassured any problems with the real estate they would return to the property and rectify the clean. The report was sent to Ace, there was an immediate drop in communication, no response to calls, emails, texts, essentially ghosted. We were finally contacted and told they would return, they did not. DO NOT HIRE ACE BOND CLEANERS. We are only just receiving communication now, after fish outing with the bank, contacting ACCC and police. Disgusting way to take advantage of people who would probably be struggling financially as it is.

  PLEASE do not chose ACE Bond Cleaning. This experience has been one of the worst customers service experiences i have ever encountered. Tee and his team were the first to reply to my inquiry, i had high hopes. However after our booking was confirmed Tees communication was 0/10. I was told the day before the scheduled clean i’d receive a time the team would be there to start the clean. The night before comes around, absolutely nothing. Emailed him - no response. Morning of, received a email saying start time would be 2pm. Midday comes around and i received a text asking if it could be rescheduled to tomorrow. This is completely fine. I was then told 8:30am the next morning the clean would start. I arrived 8:15 ready for the cleaners to arrive. They didn’t arrive until 8:49am. Extremely unprofessional, didn’t apologise once. Then we were quoted at $640 for a full bond clean. We were than quoted an adjusted $1030 as the house needed some work. this was totally fine; however with the service i received this ridiculous. Might i just say, their clean was absolutely terrible. Window and door tracks were absolutely filthy, we have more than 2 pages long of issues to resolve from our realestate. I’ve been trying to contact Tee for the past day, after multiple texts, multiple calls, multiple emails and voicemails. We won’t be getting our bond back due to Tee and his teams terrible work on our bond clean. As a business ACE bond clean you should be absolutely ashamed. DO NOT offer 100% bond back guarantee if this is how you are going to treat your well paying clients. PLEASE never use ace bond cleaning.
