Yes we are insured. We perform our work to the best of the professional standard. We work with the client till the finalisation stage so that the customer is fully tuned with what we are doing and is as per his satisfaction and withing the ATO framework and guidelines.

How did you decide to get into your line of work?

It was my passion. I studied all through my life to get perfection in my profession. I started with a Bachelors in Commerce in 1991. Then a Masters in Business Admin, followed by specializing in Advanced Taxation laws at UTS. I then qualified to become a Registered Tax agent and Also a fellow IPA.

Nothing in particular. But our customers are mostly satisfied with our service as we go beyond helping them with their tax affairs until they are satisfied and are also within ATO guidelines. We make them understand the implication of all relevant Taxation Laws that are applicable to their Return.

What do you like most about your job?

I like the challenges of the job. I like the fact that the Tax offices laws keep changing which keeps us always in a learning and exploring mode and also in turn brings more avenues for tax payers in relation to their claims in a tax return. I like the fact that it gives me a chance to help people.

Our Individual tax returns start from $49 incl of GST at our office and from. $69 online for a basictax return which is probably the lowest in the industry.

We are very upfront with our charges unless the circumstances or nature and volume of work changes. We will quote you for the job which is normally fixed. We normally don't charge on an hourly basis.

We specialize in Small to Medium Business Tax returns and Advisory, We also specialise in tax returns within investments such share trading, Rental properties, foreign investment income. All other Individual and Business tax returns are welcome and we do give them our best expert advice.
