During appointments mask is mandatory at present All appointments require clients and us to sanitise as the client enters. Clients with fever or flu symptoms use electronic method of communication

I like providing service that can allow my clients to meet their tax and other financial compliance at minimum costs and any savings of such $$$ can be put to better use by my customers themselves  I like providing service that allows customers to request for refund of any excess tax that they have paid through the taxation system. Such refunds can be very handy during critical events customer may face

What’s the best way I can meet my tax obligations within the rules with minimal tax burden Is my deductions the maximum within the rules  What else I can claim but I can’t now because I forget to keep receipts I sold investment property what do I need to provide I have shares that I sold do I have to pay tax I work from home , can I claim some expenses I took first home buyer grant, is that income Do I have to pay tax on Jobkeeper allowance if I’m sole trader  So if the professional doesn’t want to discuss these during review than I wouldn’t use that professional   The customer should chat with professional assess if that professional has the experience and expertise

For tax compliance the best way client can get best value for their dollar is to prove us with basic informations do we can complete Poi checks for them and advise them the best way for him or her to address such requirements  That way the scope of engagement is clear and price agreed to customer can be best price for him or her

We will do POI check at no cost to customer We will check customers compliance requirements after completing POIs at no cost to them.  All of above are completed at no cost to customer  We try to populate and crunch as much data based on available documentations so we can use appointments session on best outcomes instead of just punching numbers and asking customer to sign the docs.

Tax returns depending on what’s involved - Individual returns from $80  Seniors or special needs and students from $50  Note above is subject to reviewing the scope of work for each engagements We issue engagement letters that specific fees and charges along with scope of work to ensure customer know the fees and charges upfront.
