  I booked these guys in for my clean for a number of reasons,The first being their phone manner and answering my questions straight away. The second was the way they spoke to me and treated me over the phone. They were very punctual, very polite. They never tried to upsell the job at all which was good ,I arrived back near the end of the clean and was really surprised at the condition my place was in . I know i will get my bond back as they were brilliant and i would recommend to anyone , they also sent the receipt to me which if there is any problems they assured me they would go back and fix. very happy customer here.

  I booked Absolute Cleaning Solutions in advance to do a bond clean. After an hour past their time to show I started ringing the company. I finally got hold of someone who said they would ring back in 10 minutes. After half an hour I started ringing again. To cut a long story short, they could not get hold of the cleaners who were supposed to show up and could not send anyone else. I originally spoke to the person who obviously owned the company and they told me they were sending their most reliable team, and the girls were always sort after, and asked for by real estates. I spent most of the next two hours trying to find someone to do the job they were supposed to do. So very unreliable company...... would not bother. I had to give one star to publish review but would have preferred to give nothing. And credit card was debited at 6am of the morning they were going to show..... PRIOR TO THE JOB EVEN STARTING. (They did refund though).

  Hi Wendy, Thank you for your feedback, we had spoken quit a few times and also to the owner of the company ,We had found out they were involved in an accident , unfortunately this is out of our control or anyone's control , We had tried to resolve this situation ,but you had also advised you would look for someone else , we were about to send a team up from the gold coast to do the job . The money was not taken out it was on hold til the job was done , this is no different to what the resorts use when you book in and need a bond held. We had also asked if we could complete the job on the Saturday to make sure everyone was happy or we could send some girls up from the gold coast but wouldn't be til the PM. We had tried everything to resolve this unfortunate incident ,the job was for the 1st of April also but it took you 3 weeks to place this on our profile. We understand you were not happy but we had kept in contact with you the entire time .Feedback like this can destroy a business name and we were willing to help resolve this and bring in new people.

  I booked online, and true enough, the response was quick. They turned up right on time and restored my carpets and made them look fab once again. They were courteous, helpful, and polite, and they were so much easy to deal with. I was extremely pleased with the services that I didn't mind having to pay extra for rooms not covered by my voucher. I will surely be looking for these guys next time I need their services.
