How do you normally charge for your service?

Some cleaners charge per room then change the price because a room is a different size to their standard.  I charge by time. That means you only pay for the time I am doing your cleaning. My price is fixed based on my estimate of the time it will take to do your job to the specifications we have discussed prior to starting.
