  I first went to A PC Medico a couple of years ago when my computer had the Federal Police virus. He was able to fix it quickly for me and I was back up and running in no time. They now have a $50 Virus and General check up of the computer which my daughter dropped hers off in the morning and picked it up on he way home from work. I recently bought a Membership off A PC Medico. It covers me for 2 visits and 6 remote support during the year. I have previously had one of these with this company and they are great value for money. The only reason I rated a 4 for Timeliness is because he was running a little late, and I had to slightly vary my appointment but other than that, I couldn't fault Glenn or his team. Great service and value for money.

  Our primary purpose is to ensure that our customers are looked after. We have a very high rate of return customers, and this is what prompted us to introduce our memberships, thus allowing our customers to enjoy all year service as a very reasonable price.

• How do you normally charge for your service?

  We have a variety of payment options, including mobile EFTPOS, Cheque and Cash options. However, we also have a number of customers who are on Invoice arrangements, but only to approved customers.
