Did a good job cleaning our apartment, especially with the bathrooms where lots of built up mould and scums are hard to clean. Even did the exhaust fans which a lot of cleaners wouldn't do. Carpet steam cleaning was done well too. Overall I'm happy with the service, it was quick and on time and reasonably priced.Shazeen

The worst experience I have EVER had with a cleaner. The quote provided on this site stated windows and sliding doors cleaned etc - the cleaner (owner) basically charged me $130 an hr for a poor attempt at basic dust vacuum and mop. There was still dust everywhere, he only vacuumed certain areas and didn't even bother mopping the whole house! I complained and he came back the next day and apologised for not mopping, did a lame fix up in 20 mins, tried to intimidate me and left! Honestly feel cheated out of $330 because he was here for only 2 hrs and didn't even do a half decent job cleaning. Also when I asked him for a receipt he didn't give me one! I'll be reporting this to the ACCC as well. NOT happy with this service at all!Matt

The job was reasonable. I have had better cleaners. He left a few areas that weren't quite to standard, also left a bit of a mess behind for me to clean. eg walls were spattered with dirty water marks and also the dirt from the window tracks was left all over the floor. I had to vacuum the whole house and wipe down walls after he had left.
