Over the past four months, I’ve lost 4kg through a steady, sustainable approach—and I feel stronger, healthier, and more motivated than ever. PTs Andy and Kevin have been incredible—always encouraging, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in my progress. And it’s not just them—the entire team of trainers shows such care and attention to every individual. Special shoutout to Kosta, who’s not only friendly but also an amazing listener.   Fantastic service. My girls have improved a lot. Their fitness level is evident for u14s playing in u16s 40mins halves with lots to spare.
