Michael sorted out my syncing issues and also set up my backup schedule which had somehow disappeared. Such a relief to know my documents won't disappear into the temp file recycle bin anymore. Also sent an email to me straight after with steps taken and a workaround for a separate access issue. Highly recommend his service, which was all done remotely.25 Mar 2026
